Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Director for the Global Dossier and Value Communications team. Remote and permanent, the role leads high-quality, evidence-based market access deliverables and guides project teams across HEOR, access strategy, and clients.

You will mentor writers, shape quality standards, and contribute to strategic growth of the writing function, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
• Life sciences degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing market access materials (JCA/HTA/GVDs/value propositions).
• Experience mentoring writers.
• Strong skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and bibliographic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead as designated writer on projects with high quality, fully referenced content.
• Manage workload and plan deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and deliver market access materials (JCA, HTA, GVDs, value propositions).
• Support business development activities and client engagements.
• Ensure all outputs meet high quality standards and align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level writers and help grow the writing function.
