Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead our Global Dossier and Value Communications team, delivering high‑quality market access content and guiding project teams from ideation to publication. This remote UK role focuses on shaping evidence-based value narratives to support patient access to new technologies.

You will work across HEOR and access strategy, health economics, and evidence synthesis, collaborating with clients, experts, and partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
• Experience developing market access materials (JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions)
• Experience mentoring writers
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and bibliographic software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assimilate complex information
• High attention to detail, autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated writer on projects, delivering fully referenced content on time
• Manage workloads and plan deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Contribute to BD activities and pitches, targeting growth opportunities
• Ensure client deliverables meet high quality standards through rigorous editing and QC
• Shape the strategic direction of writing deliverables to meet client objectives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
