Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking an Associate Director to join the Global Dossier and Value Communications team, remote in the UK. You will lead the development of market access deliverables, guide project teams, and help define quality standards while collaborating with HEOR, health economics, evidence synthesis, and client partners.

The role requires 8+ years in market access or medical writing, expertise in JCA/HTA submissions, and a track record mentoring writers. UK work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience developing market access materials (JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions).
• Experience mentoring writers.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and EndNote.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to assimilate complex information quickly and accurately.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based content to high standards and within timelines.
• Manage workload, plan deliverables, and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Work across therapeutic areas and market access deliverables (JCA and HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions).
• Lead BD activities independently generating leads toward a £350,000 annual target.
• Contribute to company initiatives, training programmes, and client pitches.
• Shape the strategic direction of writing deliverables to meet client objectives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level writers and support recruitment.
• Establish quality standards and training materials for new starters.
