Job summary

Precision AQ in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Director in a remote role to lead the Global Dossier and Value Communications team. You will drive high-quality market access deliverables, guide project teams, and shape quality standards while interfacing with HEOR, access strategy, and clients.

You will manage workloads, lead BD activities toward a £350,000 annual target, and mentor junior writers to enable professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Life sciences degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience developing market access materials (JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions).
• Experience managing and/or mentoring writers.
• Strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and bibliographic software (EndNote).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to assimilate complex information quickly.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
• Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based content within timelines.
• Manage workload and plan deliverables across multiple streams.
• Work across multiple therapeutic areas and market access deliverables.
• Lead business development activities and contribute to pitches.
• Ensure client deliverables meet high quality standards through rigorous writing and QC.
• Shape strategic direction of writing deliverables to align with client objectives.
• Conduct desk research, literature reviews, data validation, and reference management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead aspects of project workstreams including timelines and meetings, and mentor junior writers.
• Support team growth through recruitment and training materials.
