Our client, a rapidly growing medical diagnostics organisation, is currently seeking a Global Distribution Manager to join their team near Bracknell.

Please note that, due to the nature of the role, regular travel outside the UK will be required.

Role Overview: As a Global Distribution Manager, you will lead and expand their network of international distributors. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the diagnostics industry, preferably with hands-on lab experience and a proven track record in business development or international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the global distributor network, ensuring strong performance, optimal stock levels, and market growth.
2. Identify, onboard, and manage OEM partners to integrate products into diagnostic workflows.
3. Deliver technical product training and provide commercial support to partners across multiple regions.
4. Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences to showcase products and expand global reach.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, logistics, and strategic planning, while maintaining accurate CRM and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven success managing international distributors or OEMs in diagnostics or laboratory sectors.
• Life Science degree or significant laboratory experience in pathology or microbiology.
• Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
