Chaucer, a leading Lloyd's insurer, seeks a senior Distribution leader to own and manage broker relationships and oversee the Distribution team. You will work closely with the Global Head of Distribution to execute strategic plans and drive business development across the group.

You will shape distribution strategy, enhance data-driven decision making, and advance CRM capabilities while collaborating with underwriting teams and international offices.

Qualificações

• Experience in relationship management.
• Experience of the London Insurance market, including Lloyd's.
• Management of teams.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• 2.1 degree or better preferred.
• Professionally qualified or part qualified in recognised field.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage and coordinate Chaucer's key broker relationships globally.
• Support Global Head of Distribution to agree strategic plans with partner brokers and monitor performance.
• Build strong external relationships with trading partners at all levels.
• Align strategies with the strategy team for partner brokers and trading partners.
• Support the management of strategic broker agreements and prioritise opportunities.
• Act as market eyes and ears, sourcing intelligence on distribution partners and competitors.
• Oversee and coordinate Distribution team activities.
