Zenith International, Publicis Groupe's digital-first agency, leads the global Digital Hub for The North Face, guiding social, search and programmatic activation across multiple markets. This role sits in a senior leadership capacity to drive growth and client value.

You will partner with client teams and heads of biddable channels to deliver digital excellence, insightful analytics, and future-ready media planning for a leading outdoor brand.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across digital channel strategy, planning, and activation within social, search, programmatic and e-commerce (multi-market).
• Experience across digital reporting, ad technology, governance.
• Experience in leading large digital activation teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and building trust and credibility.
• Experience working across multiple markets and managing a diverse team.
• Ability to managing upwards and engage with senior leadership within Publicis.
• Integrated, strategic media experience with an excellent understanding of the digital lamdscape, emerging tech and trends and new opportunities in this space.
• Strong team leader who provides support and empathy for all team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Digital Hub (social, search, programmatic activation) and drive business growth for the digital account.
• Build strong relationships with client teams and heads of biddable channels to drive digital excellence and insight for future planning.
• Report to Global Client Lead on The North Face account.
• Be a senior leadership liaison between client, account team and media buyers.
