Job summary

Zenith International leads digital strategy for The North Face account, delivering connected, insight-led media planning across EMEA. You will head the global Digital Hub (social, search, programmatic) and drive business development with senior client teams and media buyers.

You will partner with the client team and publicis leaders to elevate digital excellence, growth, and meaningful insights that inform future media plans and trading decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across digital channel strategy, planning, and activation within social, search, programmatic and e-commerce (multi-market).
• Experience across digital reporting, ad technology, governance.
• Experience in leading large digital activation teams across multiple locations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and building trust and credibility.
• Experience working across multiple markets and managing a diverse team.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership within Publicis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Digital Hub (social, search, programmatic activation) and support client growth.
• Build strong relationships with the client team and heads of biddable channels.
• Collaborate to develop digital excellence, growth, and actionable insights for media planning.
• Serve as the connection point between client, account team, and media buyers.
• Report into Global Client Lead on one of the world's largest outdoor apparel brands.
