Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director, B2B Travel Acceptance Solutions to grow Mastercard’s B2B travel payments leadership. You will drive acceptance, commercialization, and solution adoption across the travel ecosystem, collaborating with Product, Solutions, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to deliver measurable growth globally.

Location options include London, Madrid, or Waterloo where you will lead cross-functional teams, engage senior partners, and shape end-to-end propositions leveraging Mastercard

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, B2B travel payments, and commercial payments.
• Ability to diagnose customer needs and package capabilities into propositions.
• Proven commercialization and GTM capability across regions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with acquirers, PSPs, and travel ecosystem partners.
• Knowledge of B2B travel value chain and payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and leadership in B2B travel payments globally.
• Define global strategy across merchants, acquirers, PSPs and travel platforms.
• Lead solution design and customer-centric propositions with product teams.
• Own GTM, partner onboarding, and KPI monitoring.
• Engage senior partners with compelling business cases and RFP inputs.
• Represent Mastercard as a thought leader in B2B travel acceptance.
