Chromalox is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for the EMEA region. You will own direct-material sourcing strategies, lead RFx, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance to ensure cost competitiveness and continuity of supply across global operations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Category Management, you will translate category strategies into action, provide market intelligence, collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and site procurement teams, and pursue continuous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management, preferably in direct materials.
Experience in global manufacturing environments.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, and project planning tools.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end sourcing execution for direct material commodities across global operations.
Lead RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and value engineering opportunities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Planning and site procurement teams.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts with compliance.
Drive standardization and improvements in procurement processes.
