Job summary

Rotork is seeking a senior procurement professional to own the direct materials subcategory globally. You will shape a 3-year roadmap, drive supplier excellence, and lead global negotiations to improve value and resilience.

Reporting to the Global Head of Category Management, you will coordinate with engineering, quality, operations and finance to qualify suppliers, manage risk, and execute localisation and dual-sourcing programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or category management within direct materials.
• Experience leading global and regional sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract management, and analytical capability.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategy for direct materials subcategory and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive regional projects to strengthen supply resilience and performance.
• Lead global negotiations and long-term agreements for cost/value optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Finance to ensure supply continuity.
