Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Workplace Experience to shape strategy, accelerate transformation, and deliver measurable outcomes across enterprise portfolios. You will integrate AI, automation and data-driven decision making into a broad set of products and services.

You will lead a high-performing, global team and partner with Product, Engineering and Enterprise Technology leaders to align investments with firm priorities and to drive sustained business

Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to lead global, matrix teams.
• Experience in Digital Workplace or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for Digital Workplace portfolios and measure business outcomes.
• Lead AI, automation and data-driven initiatives across products and operations.
• Develop and lead senior global teams across Product, Engineering, Operations.
• Partner with executives to ensure investments deliver measurable value.
• Foster continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
