• Proven management experience including team development.

• Experience using new technologies to drive communications.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for BCG thought leadership aligned to the news agenda.
• Develop external communications plans and upstream media strategies for priorities.
• Build relationships with outlets and BCG experts relevant to practice areas and markets.
• Create media assets: pitch notes, talking points, social copy.
• Lead hands‑on media relations work in key markets and regions.
