Qualifications

• Experience leading regional or global client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing across brand-building and performance-focused activity.
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect global direction to local execution.
• Experience in retail, fashion or similar complex consumer sectors is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership approach that supports team development and high-quality delivery.
• Clear communication skills with ability to influence discussions at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior regional stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner.
• Translate global strategy into regional activation aligning with market priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Strategy, Planning, Activation and Data.
• Oversee end-to-end digital campaign delivery across performance and brand channels.
• Use insights to identify optimisation opportunities and drive business impact.
• Maintain account health through scope, delivery standards and resourcing.
