Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Group Digital Learning and Systems Manager to own the global digital learning strategy for 80,000 colleagues. You will lead platforms like Cornerstone, Elucidat, LinkedIn Learning, Vyond and Content on Demand, and oversee a team of learning designers to deliver engaging digital learning experiences.

You will drive end-to-end delivery of performance management processes, collaborate with global stakeholders, and continuously improve the learning technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning technology, LMS/LCMS, and eLearning tools.
• Experience with content platforms and learning technology standards.
• Proven ability to lead design and delivery of digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem.
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers and ensure governance of content.
• Own end-to-end delivery of performance management processes and systems globally.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new learning technologies and roadmap delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and shape digital solutions.
• Lead learning planning, reporting and governance activities with budget and compliance focus.
