Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee the execution and technical delivery of global digital projects within the Creative Design practice. You will lead Visualisation, Real-Time and Development capabilities, establishing delivery frameworks and standards to scale high-quality experiences.

You will collaborate with Discipline Leads, Project Managers and Client Leads to drive delivery excellence, explore AI-enabled workflows and push for continuous improvement across regions,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading digital delivery in creative or development environments.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Unity/Unreal Engine with the ability to provide technical direction and set standards.
• Experience evaluating technologies, platforms and delivery approaches based on client outcomes.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted delivery methods, automation and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects from mobilisation through to launch with high standards of technical performance, visual quality and UX.
• Partner with Discipline Leads and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage pipeline and grow digital capability globally.
• Establish and embed delivery frameworks, governance and QA, informing technical standards and best practice.
• Ensure projects are planned, resourced and managed against quality, timeline, budget and client objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency through improved processes, workflows, tools and automation.
• Collaborate with Development experts to evolve best practice for real-time and interactive technologies (Unity, Unreal).
• Provide digital delivery leadership, coaching and problem-solving to project teams.
