Intact Insurance in London is seeking an experienced DevOps & Automation Platform Services Manager to lead globally distributed teams and define the CI/CD strategy across our platforms.

You’ll ensure platforms are secure, scalable and reliable, driving automation and adoption of best practices while aligning technology with business goals and risk controls. This permanent role offers hybrid working, a clear growth path and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive DevOps leadership with global teams and cross‑functional context.
• Strong CI/CD strategy experience and platform engineering background.
• Proven ability to drive automation while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps engineers, Tooling Product Owners and cross‑functional teams UK & India.
• Own strategy and roadmap for DevOps, CI/CD, Automation and Tooling platforms.
• Oversee platform performance, availability, compliance and lifecycle management.
• Drive automation, optimisation and adoption of best‑practice DevOps engineering.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of programmes, operations, releases and CI/CD governance.
• Manage vendor performance and third‑party delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, senior teams and portfolio groups to align tech with business needs.
• Mitigate risks, support audits and adhere to security/gov standards.
