Job summary

OnBoard is seeking an International Demand Generation Manager to lead and drive demand generation efforts across the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) and Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role involves developing multi-channel campaigns to generate demand, qualifying leads, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business and significant experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. Skills in marketing automation and analytics are essential, alongside an ability to leverage AI tools for campaign optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in demand generation in the B2B SaaS industry, 5-8 years in Marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Results-oriented with a focus on pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop multi-channel demand generation programs across UKI and ANZ.
• Deliver sales-ready leads to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Execute email nurture strategy leveraging AI-driven personalization tools.
• Measure and report on pipeline contribution and campaign performance.
