Job summary

commercetools is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own global strategy and execution for generating pipeline across enterprise accounts. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Digital Marketing, ABX, Field & Regional Marketing, Events, and Web Experience, partnering with Sales to turn demand into revenue.

You will design integrated, multi-channel programs aligned with ARR targets, manage the global budget, and scale programs using AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise B2B demand generation leadership for SaaS.
• Experience leading remote, cross-regional GTM teams.
• Mastery of ABX, attribution, data analytics and martech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated global demand engine aligned with ARR targets.
• Lead a global team across ABX, field marketing, digital, events.
• Architect ABM strategies for enterprise accounts across regions.
• Track pipeline metrics, CAC, ROMI and influenced pipeline.
• Partner with sales and revenue operations to align GTM.
