Job summary

Konker in London (hybrid) is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to sell conference places via telephone-based consultative sales. You will develop strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and strive to hit agreed revenue targets while supporting event growth.

Knowledge of international markets is a plus, with travel possible occasionally. This role offers uncapped commissions with an OTE around £40k in Yr1, alongside a base up to £30k.

Responsibilities

• Sell conference and event places via phone-based consultative sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve agreed revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business and growth opportunities.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and maximise upselling opportunities.
• Work with Marketing and internal teams to support event growth.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments.
• Maintain CRM/database records and sales reporting.
• Support customer payment and account processes.
