Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Danaher DBS Leader - QARA to embed DBS across the QARA organization and drive quality, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement globally.

The role leads DBS within QMS, delivers measurable improvements, manages Kaizen and problem-solving, and partners with global QARA leadership. This is an onsite role based in Amersham, UK or Marlborough, MA.

Qualifications

• DBS, Lean or continuous improvement experience in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvements in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the QARA DBS roadmap.
• Drive operating cadence with reviews, risk assessments, evaluations, and planning.
• Build DBS capability through coaching, training, kaizen facilitation, standard work.
• Improve quality and regulatory performance by applying DBS tools to deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections.
• Manage global QARA kaizen and problem-solving funnel, prioritization and execution.
• Represent QARA within the DBS Community of Practice.
• Champion digital, automation, and AI-enabled DBS solutions to boost KPI visibility.
