Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a DBS Director to lead the DBS strategy at the site in the UK. You will drive continuous improvement across functions and coach teams to deliver tangible impact on performance.

You will partner with the Site Leadership team to deploy DBS principles, foster a culture of accountability, and realize improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead on-the-floor improvements and mentor teams.
• Strong communication across senior leaders to frontline staff.
• Excellent planning, prioritization and execution skills.
• Solid business acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Danaher PSP process is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DBS strategy aligned with site goals.
• Lead deployment of DBS principles across functions to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic roadmaps.
• Coach and develop Lean practitioners, managers, and frontline teams.
• Embed continuous improvement behaviours and problem-solving disciplines.
• Ensure robust Daily Management Systems are implemented and sustained.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to meet goals.
