Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Danaher Business System Leader – QARA, to embed DBS into QARA and drive regulatory compliance and performance globally. The role reports to the Group VP QARA-Biotech and is an onsite position in Amersham, UK or Marlborough, MA.

You will lead DBS deployment within QMS, champion digital solutions, and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related technical field.
• 7+ years applying DBS, Lean, or continuous improvement in quality/regulatory environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement in global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the QARA DBS roadmap and KPI management.
• Drive regular reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement planning.
• Build DBS capability across QARA via coaching, kaizen, and standard work.
