Job summary

• Provide authoritative legal guidance on international data protection laws across AMET regions.
• Lead engagement with data protection authorities across AMET, coordinating inquiries, audits, and enforcement actions with regional teams.
• Identify and assess legal risks from evolving data protection mandates and develop mitigation strategies across AMET jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with policy, trust & safety, and compliance to align data governance with product and business objectives.
• Anticipate regulatory developments in AMET and shape internal frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Communicate complex international data law issues clearly to executive leadership, product teams, and regulators through briefs and presentations.
