Job summary

Meta seeks a motivated and organized team player to join our European Privacy and Data Policy team. You will shape external engagement with regulators, policymakers, and civil society across the EU, translating GDPR, AI Act, DSA/DMA, Data Act into actionable guidance for internal partners.

The role requires 6+ years in privacy or data policy, fluency in English and French, and a strong network in EU data privacy communities. You’ll lead cross-functional programmes and present to senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in privacy, data or technology policy, regulatory affairs, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English and French for engagement with regulators and policymakers in the EU.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and strong AI policy expertise.
• Established network in the data and privacy community in at least one of the candidate bases (Spain, France, Italy).
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programmes with executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead policy engagement with regulators, policymakers, and civil society across the EU.
• Develop proactive strategies and initiatives addressing policy challenges.
• Draft submissions and engagement plans for local policy audiences.
• Represent Meta at external meetings and conferences and coordinate cross-functional teams.
