Job summary

Arbex is seeking a Global Privacy and AI Counsel to act as a trusted advisor on data protection and privacy matters across the business. You will partner with stakeholders in commercial, digital, supply chain, procurement, HR and innovation to deliver pragmatic, risk-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will report to the Head of Compliance and play a key role in privacy by design reviews, international data transfers, and privacy governance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, attorney or equivalent legal professional.
• Significant post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection law.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and privacy compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on privacy and data protection across the business.
• Lead DPIAs, regulatory compliance, and data governance initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data protection and information security provisions in contracts.
