Job summary

iO Associates seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and evolve a global Data Intelligence Platform. You will set architecture standards, drive cloud adoption, analytics and AI at scale, collaborating with senior stakeholders across delivery, operations and transformation.

You will own the platform roadmap, govern data architecture and lead a cross-functional community of architects, engineers and data specialists to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale data platform architecture.
• Knowledge of lakehouse, streaming, governance and metadata.
• Experience with cloud data technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Delta Lake).
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior level.
• Experience leading large-scale data, analytics and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision, strategy and reference architecture for the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Lead evolution of scalable, secure, high-performing data services across cloud/hybrid environments.
• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI, analytics and emerging data capabilities.
• Establish and govern data architecture, integration patterns and platform standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to maximise value and adoption across the organization.
• Own the platform roadmap, investment priorities and innovation agenda.
• Mentor cross-functional architects, engineers and data specialists.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes for executives.
