Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Datacenter L2 IT technician to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in our datacenter operations. You will work on advanced server hardware problems, coordinate with L3 experts, and contribute to process improvements for IT hardware support.

The role requires strong Unix/Linux skills, data analysis capability, and excellent English communication. Day shift, on-site in the UK, with opportunities to grow and impact AI infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment.
Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and practical troubleshooting experience.
Advanced Unix/Linux knowledge and command-line skills.
Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis and presentation.
Proactive and responsible approach.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Solve challenging hardware related issues with servers, involving in-depth troubleshooting.
Involved in hardware problem management, workarounds and solutions.
Resolve L1/L2 tasks through ticket system.
Update processes and documentation for IT hardware team.
Collaborate with L3 Technician to improve SLA with complex diagnostics.
Improve support processes, documentation and training materials.
Basic level of network tasks, troubleshooting and support.
