Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an International D&A and Master Data Specialist to manage master data governance across global systems, based in Leeds, UK or Zug, Switzerland. You will ensure data accuracy, align with GDPR and collaborate with Sales, IT and compliance to improve data processes.

Role involves implementing MDM initiatives, developing data strategies, and delivering analytics via Power BI and Excel for decision support.

Qualifications

English required.
Travel – 10% travel required.
Experience in data governance and master data management.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance and integrity of master data across multiple platforms.
Develop and implement data management strategies that comply with data protection regulations (GDPR).
Identify opportunities for data process improvements and lead initiatives to implement solutions.
Create analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to provide insights for business decisions.
Assist in the implementation of new Master Data Management (MDM) systems, including testing and data preparation.
Collaborate with Sales, IT and compliance teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
Contribute to programs for Data Governance & Master Data and implement control structures to ensure data quality.
