Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an International D&A and Master Data Specialist to maintain master data quality, governance, and compliance across Leeds or Zug locations. You will collaborate with Sales, IT, and Compliance to ensure robust data processes and to support MD system migrations and integrations.

The role requires English proficiency and willingness to travel ~10%. You will work within DePuy Synthes as part of the data governance & master data teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance and master data management.
• Exposure to GDPR or equivalent data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across systems.
• Manage end-to-end master data lifecycle and data governance practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and compliance to maintain robust MD governance.
• Align with international MD governance to meet regional standards.
• Oversee data integrity across platforms and support system migrations and integrations.
• Develop data management strategies compliant with data protection laws.
• Create analytics reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Support testing, training, and data preparation for MD systems.
