Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a detail-oriented Customs Compliance Administrator to support international import/export operations from the UK. You will handle customs entries, provide clearance instructions to forwarders, and coordinate between customers, suppliers, consignees and agents.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting customs entries, applying procedures, and ensuring compliance with evolving laws.

Qualifications

• Experience with import/export clearance processes and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, commodity coding, and classification.
• Understanding of trade compliance concepts and export controls.
• Knowledge of duty reliefs and warehousing basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with agents, customers, and consignees on customs matters.
• Prepare and submit import/export customs entries in the ERP system.
• Provide clearance instructions to forwarders and ensure compliance.
• Apply customs procedures and coordinate documentation across parties.
• Stay current with changing customs laws and regulations.
