Job summary

Aspermont, a global B2B media leader, seeks a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. Reporting to the Global Customer Success Manager, you will lead a distributed team, safeguard client satisfaction, and drive revenue through renewals and upsell opportunities.

The role collaborates across Sales, Editorial, and Marketing to deliver exceptional service. You will work in a hybrid model (home and London office) with a clear focus on global client journeys, campaigns, and

Qualifications

Experience in customer success and service management.
Experience in B2B media is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership to train and manage a small team.
Ability to communicate complex ideas to internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed Customer Success team to deliver seamless service.
Oversee contract generation for proposed sales and support campaigns.
Coordinate with Editorial, Design, Finance and freelance network.
Develop onboarding processes and training plans for the wider team.
Define and monitor KPIs to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, subscriptions, and events to ensure cohesive client experience.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize to meet client KPIs.
