Job summary

Vialto Partners is seeking a Client Success / Programme Manager to lead VIASignal onboarding, adoption, and stakeholder engagement across regions. You will coordinate onboarding, drive user adoption, and deliver training materials and demos to diverse client teams.

In this role, you will track usage metrics, manage project plans and RAID logs, and collaborate with Product, Technology and regional teams to scale the Client Success function in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business stakeholder management, change management, project management or customer adoption roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and produce actionable insights.
• Strong organisational and programme coordination capabilities.
• Experience developing training materials and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new VIASignal clients.
• Coordinate client setup, access provisioning and user administration.
• Partner with client teams and regional stakeholders for go-live readiness.
• Drive adoption of VIASignal across client teams and develop engagement plans.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback and coordinate improvement requests.
• Coordinate superuser community and deliver demos to stakeholders.
• Maintain rollout plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates.
• Provide day-to-day project management support to the Client Success function.
• Analyze usage data to identify trends and risks.
