Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Global Customer Quality Manager to join our team in Bridge of Weir, Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across our global customer base. The Global Customer Quality Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and align with customer expectations. Your experience in quality management will help foster continuous improvement initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain our reputation for excellence in the leather industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
