Job summary

Michael Page Leeds is seeking a Customer Service & Export Manager to lead the customer service team and oversee export operations from a manufacturing backdrop. You will ensure compliant, timely order processing, build relationships with key customers and distributors, and drive improvements across CS and export with cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience leading a customer service function in manufacturing/export.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer service team, setting performance standards and SLAs.
• Manage all export operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Oversee processing of orders, enquiries, quotations and complaints.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production and Logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement across CS and export.
• Support senior management with strategic planning and reporting.
