Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager, Vertical Growth – Crypto to join its EMEA Commercial team. You will own the Plan to Win for Regulated Industries, lead crypto/Web3 sub-vertical strategy, and work with global teams to position Worldpay as a thought leader in the sector.

You will develop the value proposition, coordinate GTM programs, and drive strategic initiatives across markets, alliances, and product teams with a strong focus on delivering measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years from a Tier 1 management consultancy or equivalent in a strategy function
• 3+ years’ experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or Web3 focused company
• Demonstrated contribution to strategic decision making and trade-offs
• Payments or financial services experience desirable
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the Plan to Win for the Regulated Industries vertical, especially crypto/Web3 across NORAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM
• Develop the Worldpay value proposition for sub-verticals and align with internal stakeholders
• Generate thought leadership to support sales and marketing efforts
• Represent the vertical at industry conferences and internal events
• Define and execute the vertical go-to-market plan and coordinate strategic initiatives
• Support regional BD/Relationship teams and inform on vertical trends and roadmap input
• Act as voice of the customer to inform product roadmap
• Build internal networks with key stakeholders across the business
