Job summary

SAMY is seeking a senior Creative Lead to own end-to-end social-first campaigns, translating briefs into strong ideas across editorial, influencer, and integrated work. You will collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior creatives, and drive award-worthy output on multi-market projects.

Qualifications

• Experience developing original creative concepts and campaign ideas from briefs, with focus on ideas rather than execution.
• Social-first and/or influencer marketing project experience; understanding how ideas translate across platforms.
• Experience in a creative, social or digital agency environment across multiple brands/projects.
• Experience contributing to international, regional or multi-market projects with a culturally aware mindset.
• A portfolio showing original ideas and campaign work; award-winning work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and social-first ideas across editorial, influencer, content and integrated campaigns.
• Turn strategy into compelling creative solutions and ensure relevance to platform behaviours and creator culture.
• Mentor junior creatives through day-to-day collaboration and help build award-worthy work from concept to execution.
• Partner with Strategy, Accounts, Production and Influencer teams and participate in workshops and ideation sessions.
• Present creative work to clients and incorporate feedback to improve solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with prioritised workloads and deliver within deadlines.
• Contribute to pitches and participate in regional/global projects to expand creative solutions.
