Shell is seeking a Corporate Digital Channels Adviser to lead the execution of our corporate web content strategy across shell.com. You will define content structures, information architecture, and scalable global-to-local content frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across markets.

You will own the homepage strategy, oversee 'Who we are', 'What we do', and 'News & Insights' sections, and drive content optimisation for search, AI discovery, and audience engagement using performance data.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate digital content and web management.
• Strong experience shaping web content structures for usability and findability.
• Expertise in SEO and GEO with embedding best practices into content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of corporate web content strategy across shell.com.
• Define content structures, IA, and page models with global-to-local frameworks.
• Own corporate sections on shell.com such as 'Who we are', 'What we do', 'News and Insights'.
• Oversee homepage planning and optimisation to reflect corporate priorities and audience needs.
• Optimise content for search and AI-driven discovery, embedding best practices.
• Use analytics and performance data to drive content prioritisation and improvements.
