Job summary

FlexTrade UK Ltd. is seeking a Corporate IT Lead to innovate and grow our Global Corporate IT Services. The role focuses on supporting Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and Linux environments, along with M365/Intune/Azure, Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.

You will mentor a global IT team, drive process improvements and ensure secure, reliable services. Candidate will manage major incidents, vendor relationships, and budget planning, while collaborating with InfoSec and application teams to meet

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
• ITIL Intermediate Certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with desktop support or system engineering
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to manage global teams and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

• Support Windows, Mac, Android, iOS environments and Linux environments.
• Lead/mentor a global team of IT support engineers and manage BAU activities.
• Develop a process-based culture and maintain knowledge bases/runbooks.
• Own budget planning and spend tracking for end-user operations.
• Partner with InfoSec and application teams to maintain secure services.
• Manage major incidents, changes, and project deployments end-to-end.
