Global Coordinator - Medical Appointments

We are seeking an Administrator/Coordinator to join our Global Medical Arrangements team in Esher. The role will be titled Global Medical Arrangements Coordinator.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a small team, is highly organized, and pays close attention to detail.

Requirements, background, and skills:

  • Effective communication skills with parties at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Experience handling complex cases
  • Customer care skills
  • Understanding of change procedures for clients
  • Experience producing standard or bespoke MI reports

Experience in medical assistance or claims management is beneficial but not mandatory.

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of foreign languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Experience with contracts and service level agreements
  • Database management skills

Career development:

As the department expands, opportunities will arise to participate in new client schemes and projects. Progression to Senior Coordinator is possible based on meeting specific criteria.
