Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the global accounting function from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials. You will lead a high‑performing international team, ensure accuracy across six entities and multiple currencies, and drive automation and process improvements with NetSuite and SuiteBilling.

You will report to the CFO and partner with leaders across the business to strengthen controls, support audits, and optimize financial reporting in a fast‑moving SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and related guidance.
• Experience consolidating across multiple currencies and intercompany.
• Leadership experience building and developing teams.
• Proactive, process‑oriented with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and drive intercompany reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analyses and liaise with CFO.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automate processes via NetSuite integrations.
• Manage tax compliance and statutory accounts with external advisers.
• Collaborate with leaders on finance-driven initiatives.
• Develop and manage international accounting team.
