Job summary

IFS Copperleaf is seeking a Content Operations Manager to run governance, workflows and measurement for our content marketing at scale. You will partner with Product Marketing, Campaign, Customer Marketing, Field and Digital teams to ensure content planning, production and performance stay consistent and measurable.

A background in enterprise software marketing and strong SEO and data-driven decision making are essential, along with experience using AI tools in content processes to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B marketing experience in content marketing or marketing operations.
• Proven track record building content calendars, governance and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and interest in AEO and GEO.
• Data-driven approach to measuring content performance with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance, workflows and measurement for content production at scale.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Campaign, Customer Marketing, Field and Digital teams.
• Define content standards and AI-assisted development processes.
• Track KPIs and report insights to leadership.
