Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to lead a busy, high-volume content operations function. You will oversee four teams—Content Deployment, Customer Success, Design and Content Projects—and ensure they work together to deliver a high-quality service to clients.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on improving processes, managing performance, and balancing workloads to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and service levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years managing teams.
• Experience in high-volume operations with strict deadlines and accuracy.
• Proven ability to improve processes and efficiency.
• Experience with ticketing, workflow or service management systems.
• Strong leadership and development of teams in creative/content settings.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage four teams across Content Deployment, Customer Success, Design and Content Projects.
• Own the overall content operations process and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage day-to-day workflow via live ticketing/service desk system.
• Ensure content delivered accurately, on time, and within service levels.
• Monitor KPIs like delivery times, accuracy, client satisfaction and capacity.
• Identify operational risks and resolve before impacting clients.
• Manage workloads and resource allocation across teams.
• Develop processes, standards and ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members.
• Act as senior client point of contact, handle escalations professionally.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve service delivery and grow accounts.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, workload, risks.
