United States Digital Space LLC in London seeks a Digital Design Director to lead the studio's digital design output. You will own end-to-end design from UX thinking to handover to developers, setting standards, guiding a team, and ensuring user-focused, on-brand, technically sound outputs.

You will collaborate with creative, strategy and development leads, and drive AI-assisted workflows while overseeing budget and client dialogue. Strong leadership and visual design expertise are essential.

Formación

• Demonstrable expertise leading digital design across UX, UI, and platform experiences.
• Deep knowledge of user-centred, interaction, responsive, and accessibility best practice.
• Strong command of design systems, workflows, and developer handover processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital design across UX, UI, application design, and platform experiences from concept to build-ready delivery.
• Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and digital consistency standards.
• Create and direct user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
