Job summary

QTS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Construction Services Procurement Manager to lead planning, sourcing, and supplier performance for data center projects. You will manage RFPs, budget planning and stakeholder alignment with Development Program Managers.

The role requires contract development and management expertise, strong leadership across indirect categories, and the ability to drive cost reductions while ensuring delivery and quality. Travel to QTS sites and events will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract development, execution, and management.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements.
• Experience developing long-range sourcing plans to reduce total costs.
• Demonstrated procurement leadership across indirect categories or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Run RFPs for development program including Construction, Design, and Commissioning for Data Center and Substations.
• Provide weekly Development procurement status, progresses, and recommendations to executives.
• Analyse category spend management opportunities and deploy strategic plans with KPI tracking.
• Lead supplier performance management and risk mitigation strategies across assigned categories.
• Lead periodic business reviews and liaise with Site Operations, Finance to improve efficiency.
