Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of global compensation activities and frameworks.
• Maintain salary structures, ranges and market data.
• Support annual salary review and bonus planning processes.
• Assist with job architecture, evaluation and grading.
• Advise on offers, promotions and salary adjustments.
• Coordinate with brokers or survey providers.
• Prepare analysis for governance and reporting.
• Support EU pay transparency activity.
• Provide recommendations on salary positioning and internal equity.
