J.P. Morgan is seeking a Compensation Analytics Associate to join our global team. You will translate complex data into clear insights, supporting senior leaders across countries in strategic compensation decisions and regulatory reporting.

You will drive gender pay gap reporting, EU Pay Transparency compliance, and governance improvements while partnering with recruiters, HR, and managers to deliver actionable analysis that informs compensation strategies at scale.

Competenze

• Experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, Consulting, or another analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into business narratives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong governance when handling confidential information.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across functions and locations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain operational controls and governance processes.

• Lead global gender pay gap reporting processes, including methodology development, analysis, automation, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive initiatives supporting compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and other regulatory requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on compensation policies, regulatory developments, and related control enhancements.
• Lead and contribute to country-level and firmwide compensation projects.
• Deliver complex analyses and reporting that support senior management decision‑making.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve compensation tools, reporting, and processes.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assess compensation-related risks and support the development of effective controls.
• Simplify and enhance programs, policies, and processes through continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global HR, business, and compensation teams to drive compliant practices.
