Job summary

Sage is seeking a Communication Manager to lead development and delivery of communication plans that support business priorities and customer success across global teams.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, translate priorities into clear strategies, and oversee transactional customer communications, ensuring messaging is accurate and timely. Hybrid working in the UK with Sage Foundation volunteering and pension benefits.

• Translate business priorities into effective communication strategies and plans.
• Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans aligned to priorities and objectives.
• Coordinate communication activity across Customer Support Operations for consistency.
• Deliver colleague communications across channels and formats.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of transactional customer communications.
• Oversee channels and platforms to stay effective and relevant.
• Bring creative, innovative approaches to communication challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using data and feedback.
