Job summary

SAGE GROUP PLC is seeking a Communication Manager to develop and deliver strategic communication plans that support business priorities and boost colleague engagement across global teams. This 12-month fixed-term role supports the US region with flexible hours for time-zone alignment.

You will oversee transactional customer communications and partner with multiple functions to ensure clear, timely, and compliant messaging across channels. Hybrid working and ongoing development are offered.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a comms adviser.
• Translate business priorities into effective comms strategies and plans.
• Develop and deliver comms plans that raise awareness and drive adoption.
• Coordinate comms activity across Customer Support Operations for consistency.
• Deliver colleague communications across multiple channels.
• Manage end-to-end transactional customer communications to meet requirements.
