The Royal Ocean Racing Club seeks an accomplished Communications Manager to shape and lead our communications, marketing and digital activity across events and membership. You will tell compelling stories around Rolex Fastnet Race and our offshore calendar, expanding reach to an international audience while maintaining brand integrity.

As Brand Guardian, you will manage media relations, plan integrated campaigns, and collaborate with colleagues and partners to strengthen engagement.

Competenze

Strong written and verbal communication skills; degree or equivalent experience in communications preferred.
Experience in digital communications and marketing, including social media management, email campaigns and website content updates.
Ability to plan and deliver internal and external communication strategies around events, announcements and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with media and press, including press releases, coordinating interviews and managing responses.
Comfortable working on-site in Cowes or London with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Familiarity with sailing, sports or event management environments is beneficial but not essential.
